It's officially the most magical time of the year: rosé season. All summer long, we'll be sipping our favourite pink wine to celebrate the warmer weather from day to night.
Our rosé is a light and fresh wine with just a hint of sweetness and an overall refreshing taste that has won it's blend of hand-picked grapes many fans. But just because it's pink doesn't mean rosé wine doesn't have just as much complexity and pairing power. Serve them cold or lightly chilled for the most refreshing glass. Rosé pairs beautifully with everything from grilling recipes to fish to cheese platters, fruit, and those big summer salads.

RECIPE RECOMMENDATION
Rose Frose: forget the ice-cream, this is the ultimate refreshing summer cocktail.
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
Fresh mint, citrus wedges, or edible flowers to garnish (optional)
1 bottle chilled Virgo Muscat Rosè wine
Place a baking pan in the freezer to chill. Combine sugar and water and stir over low heat to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature. Combine the sugary syrup and bottle of Rosè in the chilled pan and return to freezer until mixture is nearly frozen, at least 6 hours. Because of the high alcohol content, the mixture will not freeze solid. When ready to serve, scrape frozen wine into a blender along with the sugar syrup. Process until smooth and pour into chilled glasses, garnishing with fresh herbs, citrus, or flowers.
